These general terms summarise how Three Dimension Construction provides its construction services. They are a general guide only — the specific terms of your signed agreement / quotation prevail.
01Structural Warranty
- Major structural elements — foundation, columns, beams and slabs — are covered under warranty for up to 10 years.
- Non-structural elements — plumbing, electrical, painting, doors and windows — are covered under warranty for up to 1 year.
- After completion of the warranty period, any complaints from the customer will be attended to on a pro-rata (chargeable) basis.
- Any breakage or damage caused by the customer to any element within the warranty period will not be considered under warranty coverage.
02General Terms
- Quotations are valid for 30 days and are subject to final site conditions and the actual built-up area.
- Payments are due as per the agreed payment schedule in the contract.
- Any additional work or change in scope beyond the agreed specification will be quoted and billed separately.
- Project timelines may be affected by force-majeure events (weather, statutory approvals, material supply, etc.).
- These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
